Filmed locally in eastern Michigan, RUNAWAY is a 20-minute sci-fi western short film that was fully crowdfunded on Kickstarter in June of 2016. Runaway is an original story. Falsely accused of murdering her master and Pursued through the forest by ruthless bounty hunters, Maria struggles to reach the Free States and maybe discover her humanity along the way.
