Open source technology brings developers together, enabling them to achieve greater results. There is a diverse open source game development community out there that is creating and consuming all sorts of projects, from small code snippets to fully featured games and engines. This talk will explain some of the ways open source software can improve game projects. We hope you walk away with a better understanding of available resources and inspire you to create and contribute to your own open source projects to benefit others.
