A major pain point with agile development teams is keeping your Product Backlog (todo list) filled full of User Stories (requirements). In our effort to streamline software development using agile techniques it seems as if we have also extracted a disciplined approach as well. We will discuss how to implement a Requirements Definition Management process into a Scrum Agile team.
