Scientific Linux is an "Enterprise" Linux distribution created at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab). For over 15 years, Scientific Linux has played an important role in Scientific Computing and in the worldwide High Energy Physics community. Connie Sieh, founder of Scientific Linux, and Bonnie King will discuss SL's history, how it's built and maintained, and its applications at Fermilab and beyond.
