Open source is a culture-method that focuses on creating community to solve problems with code. This produces a developer-centric solutions model. It would be interesting to consider if this is the only solutions model we could use. What it, for example, we created user-centric solutions models for open source projects. What would this look like and how would such projects operate? This talk will explore this this in context of one project that is successfully experimenting with this - the Collaborative Knowledge Foundation - and discuss the method used by the org (The Cabbage Tree Method). https://coko.foundation https://www.cabbagetree.org https://www.adamhyde.net
