How does a blind person surf the web, watch movies and TV, and find braille signs in public? These are just a few of the popular questions that Tommy Edison, who's been blind since birth, and Ben Churchill, who makes documentaries, answer through their YouTube channel, The Tommy Edison Experience. In this session, Tommy and Ben share their experience creating videos about Tommy's life without sight, the importance of educating people about accessibility, making content that is both informative and entertaining, and why they answer unique questions like, 'How do blind people know when they're awake or asleep?', 'Do blind people cry?', and 'What happens when a blind person gets drunk?' Attendees are welcome to ask questions during the Q&A that follows.
