My passion for distilled spirits began in college, when I realized that beer was an extremely inefficient way to get drunk. Over time I learned to appreciate the fact that some liquors tasted better than others. I have been expanding that learning over the last 30 years, and now strive to share it with others.
The highlight of my life are the two urchins I contributed DNA to. They will be polite and adorable one moment, then attack you with an improvised weapon the minute your back is turned. Love those kids....
My humor pierces to the core and ventures into sensitive subjects that people will talk about privately, but seldom discuss in polite company.
Thank goodness I don't hang around in "polite company" very often.
Most people either love me or hate me within 5 minutes of meeting me.
Many flip their position at a later date.
