Sorting Ceremony
Everyone dreams of getting into Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. Didn't get that letter? That's ok! Come join us as we unofficially sort you into a house. But instead of sitting down for a feast, we've made four different treats to represent each house. After your house is picked you'll be given your very special treat and be able to talk to others in your house as well.

Port Tasting
We will go over the different flavors in port and let a small group try different ports as they age. 0 year, 10 year, 20 year, (maybe 30 and 40 year). Bill Putt (one of the founders of Open Soda) discusses his weight loss journey. He was pushing the scales at 400 pounds and is an extremely picky eater. He will talk about what inspired him, things he learned on the way, challenges of losing weight as a super taster and simple ideas that made big impact. He will attempt to inspire all who come hear him talk to make changes to their life as well.

Butter Churning and Compounding
Through the course of human history, it has been essential to preserve commodities that are capable of spoiling. In this workshop, we will gain an understanding of dairy, briefly discussing its separation, and distribution. The highlight of this course will be making your own butter from cream, and compounding it. Compounding is the process of adding herbs, spices, and fruits to yield a flavored butter. *This workshop requires mild physical exercise of the upper body. Dairy tentatively supplied by Calder Bros. Dairy.
