Creating Webcomics: Plot and Character Development
Erika and Laura's comic, Sidekick Girl, has been running for TEN YEARS! Come hear their thoughts on getting your own comic off the ground. Planning your plots, developing your characters, choosing an art style and a hundred other decisions go into starting a comic. Learn what works and what pitfalls to avoid.

(Note: In the past, we've run the Webcomics 101 series at Penguicon (and other cons) in a three one hour panel format, spending an hour on plots, an hour on logistics and an hour on self promotion. Since Plots is always full and we run out of time for questions, this year we would like to condense the program into two hours for plots, with some of the logistical nonsense, and put the rest of the logistics and self promotion into a second, one hour block, which I am also submitting.)
